Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or digital products.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactnurseyard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  • Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contactnurseyard@gmail.com with details and photos if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items marked as final sale
